The other 2 bedrooms are kid rooms and we will be leaving some toys/books as well if desired. The open kitchen to living room allows for easy hanging out and relaxing. Most people love hanging around the large kitchen island with stools. Our over-sized dining room with wet bar makes big meals or entertaining easy. 2 car garage to pull right into plus we leave our beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. for your use!
